06.06.2011 -ci il tarixdə İsmayıllı rayon İREX icma məlumat mərkəzində video konfrans keçirildi.Konfransda İsmayıllı rayonundan Şərafət Bayramovun Rrəhbərliyi altında heyyətin 16-27 İyunda Çelyabinsk şəhərində keçiriləcək "Global motherland Sammitinin Programı İştirakçılara Layihə rəhbəri Olqa Timofeeva tərəfindən çatdırıld.
